I think I’m not eating enough…again. I feel It’s not uncommon recently for me to think about what I’ve eaten in a day and realize my Calorie consumption has probably been less than 1,500 Calories, if not 1,000. Which isn’t great. That, and I’ve been sleeping waay too much. Even after a good nights sleep of 7-8 hours, I’ll still find myself wanting to doze off in the middle of the day. Guess it’s time to pay attention to how I eat again.
